Baker Full Time Troy, MI Nino Salvaggio is currently looking for a Full Time Baker for our Troy location.

***RESPONSIBILITIES:***

* Place prepared dough, pastries or cake mixes in pans, mold or sheets and bake in production ovens or on grills.

* Observe products being baked and adjust oven temperatures, humidity or conveyor speed accordingly.

* Check the quality of products to ensure that standards and specifications are met.

* Check equipment to ensure it meets safety and health regulations and perform maintenance and cleaning, as necessary.

* Order or receive supplies or equipment.

* Prepare or maintain inventory or production records.

* Operate slicing or wrapping machines.

* Apply glazes or toppings to baked goods using spatula or brushes.

* Handle any damaged and/or spoiled product according to guidelines and assist in controlling the level of damaged goods.

* Comply with safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

* Notify management immediately of any safety or equipment issues or violations.

* Assist in training associates when necessary.

* Other duties as assigned.

***QUALIFICATIONS:***

* High school diploma or GED, required.

* Must have reliable transportation.

* Must be able to work overnight shift.

* Previous baker experience, required.

* Must be able to stand and/or walk for 8 or more hour periods.
