**Customer Service Rep**

Barn Estimation/Design Listen to customers, analyze their needs & offer adapted solutions. Must be able to trouble shoot using basic construction, truss, and product knowledge. Receive and incorporate feedback to improve personal and business performance. Truss designing using truss design software. Ensures quality at every step. Follows all company safety policies. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Must follow all department processes and procedures. Maintain high customer retention and satisfaction. **Supervisory Responsibilities:** This position has no supervisory responsibilities. **Qualifications:** Required Must pass a Pre-Employment drug screening. Previous building estimating/design experience. Must be able to operate a computer. Must be able to use Excel and Outlook. Must be able to follow instructions and respond well to management direction. Must be friendly and courteous with good customer service skills. Good attendance and punctuality. Ability to work well with others Good communication skills. Superior multitasking abilities. High school diploma or GED Preferred Basic construction knowledge. Basic truss knowledge. Customer service experience. **Physical Demands:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. This position may require walking primarily on a level surface for periods of time as well as reaching above shoulder heights or below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques are required. This position may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. **Work Environment:** This job operates in an office environment.
